✨ Was, wenn du dich selbst verlierst?
Verloren in Träumen, im ständigen Tun, im Streben nach dem “bald ist es geschafft”.
In der Hoffnung, dass es bald endet. Dass es besser wird. 🙏

Doch was, wenn du den Prozess nicht mehr spürst? Die Veränderung nicht mehr siehst?
🧘‍♀️ Ein Moment des Innehaltens. Der Stille. Ein Moment des Fühlens.

Atme.
Spürst du, was um dich ist? 🌿

Wie weit bist du von deinem eigenen Kern entfernt?
Wie oft hast du dich verbogen, dich klein gemacht, um anderen den Weg zu erleichtern?

💡 Es ist okay manchmal ist das notwendig.
Aber vergiss nicht:
🛑 Wo ist der Punkt, an dem du nicht mehr DU bist?

✨ Kehre zurück.
Zu dir. Zu deiner Essenz. Zu dem, wer du wirklich bist. 💫

✨ What if you lose yourself?
Lost in dreams, in constant doing, in the hope that soon it will be done.
That it will end. That things will get better. 🙏

But what if you can no longer feel the process? No longer notice the change?
🧘‍♀️ A moment to pause. A moment of silence. A moment to feel.

Breathe.
Can you feel what’s around you? 🌿

How far have you drifted from your core?
How often have you bent yourself, made yourself smaller and softer, to make space for others?

💡 It’s okay, sometimes it’s necessary.
But remember:
🛑 Where is the point where you are no longer YOU?

To yourself. To your essence. To who you truly are. 💫
