Fear can’t exist in a flowing body. ♾️

Fear means stagnation. When we’re in survival mode, our body goes into tension, our breath becomes shallow, and our eyes widen.

Why are more and more people experiencing fear and fearful thoughts? It’s quite simple: we spend a lot of time sitting in the same position, staring at screens without much movement. After a long day at work, we come home, sit down again, and watch another screen. If we’re consuming content designed to provoke fear, it creates the perfect storm.

So, what can we do? Move your body! Take a walk, put on your favorite upbeat music, and dance around. Start with the basics: move one hand in an infinite 8 ♾️ pattern, then integrate the second hand, and eventually, move your hips in a circle. Step by step, let your body flow. 🌊

Don’t believe me? Try making infinite 8 circles ♾️ with your hands while moving your body, and see if you can maintain fearful thoughts. You’ll notice that your movement will stagnate, and you’ll need to let go of the fear to keep moving.

Integrate more movement in your life will practice you to let go of fearfull toughs easier and being more present in your body and the moment. 🌺

Ich liebe es, wenn ich irgendwo bin und merke, dass so vieles, was ich über die Jahre gelernt habe und nutze, auch in anderen Bereichen Anwendung findet. 💪

Das zeigt mir, wo ich stehe, und erinnert mich daran, dass Tools und Techniken für mentales Training und Embodiment, die für mich alltäglich und einfach klingen, für andere neu und herausfordernd sind.

Es ist wichtig, diese Themen voranzubringen, denn wir brauchen sie und nutzen sie viel zu wenig.

Wie fokussiert man? Wie verwandelt man negative Gedanken in positive? Wie wird man selbstbewusster? Wie versteht man, was man mit jeder Bewegung im Körper macht? Wie können emotionale Begebenheiten unsere Haltung und unser Mindset beeinflussen?

I love it when I’m somewhere and realize that so much of what I’ve learned and used over the years also finds application in other areas. 💪

It shows me where I stand and reminds me that tools and techniques for mental training and embodiment, which seem everyday and simple to me, are new and challenging for others.

It’s important to advance these topics because we need them and use them far too little.

How does one focus? How do you turn negative thoughts into positive ones? How do you become more confident? How do you understand what you’re doing with every movement of your body? How can emotional experiences influence our posture and mindset?

I don’t need to practice, I know how it works. That’s what most people think, but this is a misconception.

If you really want to change your life, your body posture, your self-esteem, your awareness, your sex life, etc., practice and repetition are the only ways.

It’s nice if you think your mind understands it, but that doesn’t mean your mind and body are doing it.

We need time and repetition of something new to give our neurons and nervous system the possibility to rewire and anchor the new path, the new way of walking, talking, feeling, and moving.

Ich muss nicht üben, ich weiß, wie es funktioniert. Das denken die meisten Menschen, aber das ist ein Missverständnis.

Wenn du wirklich dein Leben, deine Körperhaltung, dein Selbstbewusstsein, dein Bewusstsein, dein Sexualleben usw. ändern möchtest, sind Übung und Wiederholung der einzige Weg.

Es ist schön, wenn du denkst, dass dein Geist es verstanden hat, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass dein Geist und dein Körper es auch tun.

Wir brauchen Zeit und Wiederholung von etwas Neuem, um unseren Neuronen und unserem Nervensystem die Möglichkeit zu geben, neue Wege zu verankern, die neue Art zu gehen, zu sprechen, zu fühlen und sich zu bewegen.
