What if pleasure wasn’t just sexual?

What if pleasure was the way you related to whatever is alive within you — a practice of presence, curiosity, and self-connection?

This one-day workshop invites you to radically reframe your relationship to pleasure. We’ll journey beyond performance, pressure, or what we think we should feel — into a space where pleasure becomes an intimate conversation between you and yourself.

✨ What to Expect:

• Grounding & Arrival

  Settle into your body. Meet the space, the group, and yourself — gently and with intention.

• Somatic Practices

  Guided embodiment practices to awaken sensation, breath, and awareness. You’ll learn to feel what is present — and welcome it.

• Pleasure Mapping

  Explore the landscapes of your pleasure through self-touch, movement, and sensory inquiry — without goal, without pressure.

• Feeling Consent

  Tune into your body’s yes, no, maybe, not now — and learn to honour it, with yourself and others.

• Reclaim & Redefine

  Through reflection and creative exercises, you’ll redefine what pleasure means to you, beyond cultural or sexual scripts.

• Integration Circle

  A closing moment to digest the experience, share insights, and carry your reclaimed relationship to pleasure back into your daily life.

   

This workshop is open to all genders and bodies. No nudity or partner work required.

• You want to explore your body and inner world with curiosity, gentleness, and honesty.

• You’re open to guided self-touch (non-explicit), breath, sound, and movement as tools of exploration.

• You crave a space that welcomes nuance, depth, humor, and slowness.

• You’re ready to shift from people-pleasing and performative patterns into authentic, felt experience.

• You’re willing to explore the relationship between you and your own pleasure in a non-judgmental, inclusive container.

• You’re looking for erotic touch with others, sexual interaction, or a partnered experience.

• You’re not comfortable with practices like self-touch, breathwork, or emotional expression (yet).

• You’re looking for a highly structured, lecture-style training — this space is experiential, playful and intuitive.

• You’re currently experiencing acute mental or emotional crisis — in that case, we recommend seeking dedicated therapeutic support first.
