We tense or get tinnitus, sleep disorders plague us, that this can come from the temporomandibular joint and this also has an influence on many other bodily functions, very few people think of that.
R.E.S.E.T. relaxes the jaw muscles and brings you back into balance. Relaxation of the jaw also affects other regions in the body.

An R.E.S.E.T. session lasts about 1 hours and includes a conversation. The pure R.E.S.E.T. session usually takes place lying down. Depending on your personal symptoms, I combine R.E.S.E.T. with bodywork in the neck, shoulders, pelvis or feet.
